1. The service

Workfolio provides tools to create, edit, store, export, organize, and optionally publish professional portfolios and resumes, as well as create private professional workplace letters. Features may include portfolio themes, resume templates, guided drafts, live preview, PDF/print workflows, organization workspaces, public portfolio and resume links, authentication providers, analytics, and administrative controls.

The service is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee employment, interview selection, applicant-tracking-system acceptance, or any hiring outcome. Work-letter drafts are general writing assistance, not legal, labor-relations, human-resources, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for checking applicable company policies, contracts, notice periods, laws, facts, names, and dates before using or sending a document.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your account email, safeguarding your credentials, and maintaining control of devices and third-party sign-in accounts used to access the service. You must promptly address suspected unauthorized access and follow any security controls required for privileged accounts.

You may not share an account in a way that bypasses role-based access controls or impersonate another person or organization.

3. Your document content

You retain responsibility for the portfolio, resume, profile, workplace letter, employment, education, project, reference, and other information you submit. You grant the service the limited permission necessary to host, process, render, export, back up, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the service.

Portfolios and resumes are private by default unless you deliberately publish a portfolio, enable a resume share link, or share a resume through an organization workspace. Portfolio search indexing is a separate opt-in setting. Work letters are private account documents in the current release and do not receive public share links. You are responsible for reviewing every document before publishing, printing, downloading, or sending it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, automate abusive traffic, evade access controls, scrape data at harmful scale, or publish content that you do not have the right to use.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block activity that threatens the security, reliability, or lawful operation of the service.

5. Availability and changes to features

We aim to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, dependency failures, security incidents, upgrades, or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect functionality. Features, limits, templates, integrations, and technical requirements may change as the product evolves.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when required to protect users or the platform, respond to legal obligations, address abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Eligible personal accounts can use the in-product deletion control; platform administrators and owners of enterprise workspaces may need to resolve role or ownership obligations first. Data handling following account closure is described in the Privacy Policy and may also depend on backup, security, legal, or organization-retention requirements.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Templates, readiness indicators, writing prompts, and ATS-oriented guidance are informational aids and should be reviewed before use in an application.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyPortfolioHub is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, hiring decisions made by third parties, or failures of external identity, hosting, network, browser, or other third-party services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, law, or operational practices change. The current version and effective date are shown on this page. When a material change requires renewed acceptance, the service may ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing.
